CIRCODU conducted a mid-term review which aimed at assessing the progress of the projects towards achieving the targets for the Renewable Energy Projects, and providing recommendations on how to improve performance and strengthen results, outcomes and impact.
The assignment aimed at establishing information about the existing state of the districts on creation of an enabling environment to increase access to clean energy alternatives and there after facilitate a process to guide the Local Governments on district level energy planning in 19 selected districts of Albertine Graben.
In partnership with TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANTS, CIRCODU was sub-contracted to undertake a study that would facilitate in coming up with a detailed design of the small-scale water storage and detention facilities, detailed plan for silt traps drainage, flood control and maximum water recuperation.
